Compliance requirements can vary by jurisdiction, route, number type, customer profile and intended use case. Before activation, Globilinks may review business details, service purpose, traffic expectations, number usage and supporting documentation where required.
Acceptable use
Services are intended for lawful business communication. Misuse, unauthorized access, unlawful calling, fraudulent activity, spoofing or abusive traffic is not permitted.
Traffic integrity
Voice traffic may be reviewed for routing quality, caller ID expectations, destination requirements, abuse indicators and operational risk.
Privacy and records
Inquiry, account and support information may be used for business communication, service delivery, support, security and compliance follow-up.
